GN70 is a versatile global navigation system that offers NMEA 2000 (N2K) interface for easy plug-and-play connection to high-performance units such as the AP70/80, Class B-AIS and other N2K-enabled navigation systems. The GN70 can be used as a single display or as redundant multi-unit displays. The NMEA 2000 interface means the user can change things like backlight settings on all Simrad NMEA 2000 electronics on the bridge or switch to a different heading source, all from the GN70 display.
