Hytera’s BD555 two-way radio is the compact device that provides a professional communication in easy to operate way.
The BD555 is a digital radio from Hytera. The ideal radio for analog to digital transmission, the BD555 can support both functions using the same hardware. The radio is able to detect the signal type when it receives a call, automatically switching between analog and digital to facilitate communication for operators. Unlike the BD505, this version has a simplified display for band numbers, channel nickname, high / low power, battery indicator and PTT ID / contact nickname.
The Hytera BD555 is available for purchase for both UHF and VHF frequencies, and is also rated IP54, providing radio protection from dust and water splashes. The MIL-STD-810 C / D / E / F / G classification ensures the reliability of radios in various environmental conditions, allowing the radio to continue to operate at environmental standards, such as sudden changes in temperature, fog, vibration, rain, etc. λπ.
256 channels divided into 16 zones allow adequate communication between a group, allowing the BD555 user to assign specific channels to groups within the workspace. VOX voice activation allows the radio to be used freely when needed, and you also have the option to end a one-touch call with the BD555. An emergency alarm can be programmed into the radio, allowing a notification to be sent to other radios in the network in the event of a user entering a difficult / dangerous situation. There is also the option of adding bluetooth as an option when purchasing the BD555, allowing the use of wireless accessories.
