Those who are serious about the sea need reliable equipment. The easy-to-install and easy-to-use GPSMAP 8410 plotter offers multifunction display (MFD) performance. It has a 10″ full HD IPS touch screen for wider viewing angles, superior clarity and clarity in the sun, even with polarized sunglasses. Multiple screens can be laid flat, edge to edge to create a sleek, glass cockpit, or they can be flush mounted. It also has a standard USB touch output, for use as a touch screen for Windows® and Mac® operating systems.

Build your own onboard system

NMEA 2000 and Garmin Marine Network allow you to easily build your own complete suite of marine electronics—from radar and autopilots, to cameras, navigation instruments, and sonar—controlled from your chartplotter and distributed to multiple displays. Additionally, Garmin’s exclusive OneHelm™ system coordinates multiple third-party products on board to provide full control of systems — such as digital switching, lighting, stabilization and more — easily, on your chartplotter screen.

Complete Connectivity The GPSMAP 8410 chartplotter features a top-performing processor that supports fast map design, excellent networking capabilities, video distribution, and more. Built-in Wi-Fi technology lets you connect to the free ActiveCaptain® app for access to OneChart™, smart alerts¹, Garmin Quickdraw™ data community and more. You can also control video streaming from the GC™ 100 wireless camera and VIRB® action cameras. Plus, built-in ANT wireless technology connects you directly to your quatix® marine smartwatch, gWind™ Wireless 2 sensor and wireless remote controls

SmartMode operation Connected sonar, radar, cameras, media and digital switching can operate independently or be integrated into SmartMode. With SmartMode, everything is designed to give you quick, one-touch access to the information you need to ease you through high-pressure situations like a dock approach.

Get in control wherever you are on the boat No need to stand for hours at the wheel. The optional, easy-to-use GRID™ 20 controller provides remote access and control of the entire Garmin system. It has a 360° joystick with a circular button and a selection button for easy navigation in plotter menus/settings and absolute control, even in the most adverse conditions.

Sophisticated Sailing Features To help you make well-informed decisions, Garmin SailAssist displays important pre-race data and guidance to help you gain a competitive edge. Other sailing features include laylines, advanced wind and current/tide charting. Indicators display information you need to know at a glance, such as wind angle, wind speed, horizontal or vertical graphs, and a data bar with customizable fields.
