High visibility, simple operation

The full dot-matrix LCD display allows high visibility and clearly displays alphanumeric characters and icons.

Memory channel programming and other transceiver settings can be easily done from the front panel by users.

Optional Bluetooth® headset connectivity

With the optional Bluetooth® module UT-133A, the IC-A120E can be used with third-party Bluetooth® wireless headphones.

Also, using the optional VS-3 Bluetooth® headset, the side tone function is available.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

New built-in ANC reduces noise in incoming and outgoing signals. This function is effective in noisy environments (such as an airport) filled with aircraft noise.

ON-Hook Scan and ON-Hook Dial Dualwatch Functions
The ON-Hook scanning function automatically starts scanning when the handheld microphone is hooked onto the microphone hook.
Dual Watch ON-Hook function controls the priority and operating channels alternately with ON-Hook.

Side Tone function

When using third-party headphones with the optional OPC-871A Headphone Adapter, the sidetone function allows you to monitor your own voice transmission through the connected headphones.

Optional Speaker-Microphone, HM-217

Listen to the received sound through the HM-217’s built-in speaker.

On the front of the microphone, up/down access buttons and two programmable buttons (P1/P2) can be used as a shortcut to activate frequently used functions.
