Taxiway edge lighting luminaires are widely used on helipads. They define the side limits of the taxiway so that the pilot can clearly see the space available for safe maneuvering. Detailed information on the wider use of this lightning can be found in regulations of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
The luminaire is constructed of high-quality electronic components, high-efficiency diodes and LED drivers. Lamp housing is made of borosilicate and aluminium glass, what’s provides high resistance to unfavorable weather conditions.
The entire luminaire is connected to the mounting base through breakable connector (according to the requirements of ICAO regulations).
