Battery reverse polarity indicator: If the LED lights up red, it indicates that the battery’s positive and negative terminals have been connected in reverse to the corresponding terminals on the Smart Power unit’s backup battery connector. In this case, disconnect the backup battery from the Smart Power unit. Overload or short-circuit indicator: If the LED lights up blue, it indicates an overload or a short circuit.
