Excera EMKA011

Description

The Excera EMKA011 features a Push-to-Talk (PTT) button and a full numeric (DTMF-style) keypad, which allows for direct frequency entry, text message transmission, and navigation through the device’s menu. It is compatible with radios in the Excera EM81 series. Below the PTT button are function keys, to which commands or sequences tailored to the user’s specific needs can be assigned. The connector is of an aviation-grade standard. The device carries an IP67 rating for protection against moisture and dust, and the cable is constructed from Kevlar—a material also used in bulletproof equipment.
